TOGETHER, LET’S END BULLYING IN SCHOOLS

MAY 4th | ANTI-BULLYING DAY

WHAT IS ANTI-BULLYING DAY?

Now, more than ever, your support is needed to raise awareness for this pressing issue—and support youth that may be silently suffering from bullying.

1 IN 3 CHILDREN WORLDWIDE EXPERIENCE BULLYING AT SCHOOL

The numbers are alarming. Which is why we need to take action. With the proper resources, we can teach youth to recognize bullying, understand its repercussions, and learn to navigate difficult situations that it creates.  By raising awareness for the cause, we can ensure that our youth will safely grow and learn in an environment that encourages learning, develops confidence, and fosters good social relationships.

So many resources to choose from

As part of the Ride Out Intimidation program, BRP collaborates with many  organisations around the world.  They are all anti-intimidation experts and they are there to give you — youth, parents, and school staff — the resources you need to to address bullying and its effects.

*The majority of the resources are available in English only.

So many ways to take action

On May 4th use the links below to help share the anti-bullying message, and generate dialogue around bullying in schools.

Digital Toolkit

This toolkit includes everything you need to get the word out. Download LinkedIn and Facebook banners, a pre-written social media post and video. By getting the message out there, you’ll be doing a great deal to help a great cause.

Chatterbox Paper Game

Generating conversation about bullying is not always easy. The printable Chatterbox Paper Game makes it easier with questions and prompts to get kids talking about bullying and what can be done about it.

BRP Anti Bullying Campaign

Beyond Anti-Bullying Day there’s still a lot of work to be done. Check out the following link to find out about how BRPs Ride Out Intimidation campaign is working hard to affect change not only in schools but also in workplaces around the world.
