Where should I have my BRP product serviced?
Authorized BRP dealers are the best source for service on your BRP product. You can use the online dealer locators for Can-Am On-Road, Can-Am Off-Road, Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, Rotax, Evinrude, Alumacraft and Manitou to find your nearest dealer.
How do I know when to have my BRP product serviced?
Check your operator’s guide for the manufacturer recommended service intervals. You can also access digital versions of the operator’s guides here.
I have a technical question. Should I call BRP?
Your authorized BRP dealer is the first line in answering technical questions. If you’ve already contacted your dealer and they were not able to provide a satisfactory response to your question, you can contact BRP and we’ll find an answer for you.
Where can I obtain an operator’s guide for my BRP product?
You can access digital versions of the operator’s guides here. In addition, a hardcopy version can be purchased from your authorized BRP dealer.
What if I have a concern related to the speed or quality of service on my vehicle by a BRP dealer?
Your first step should be to raise your concern to the service manager of your dealership. If you are still not satisfied with any aspect of the service performed on your vehicle, you can then contact BRP customer service.
How should I winterize / summerize my vehicle?
Please consult the "Storage" section of your operator's guide for information on properly storing your vehicle during the off-season. You can also access digital versions of the operator’s guides here.
How can I obtain roadside assistance for my Can-Am Spyder Roadster?
If your Spyder Roadster has roadside assistance (all 2013 and newer Can-Am Spyder roadsters now include Roadside assistance during their warranty coverage period); the phone number for roadside assistance is 866-477-1415 in the United States and Canada.
How do I get my vehicle repaired while in warranty?
Your first step would be to take your product to an authorized BRP dealer for diagnosis. The technician can help determine if the repair will be covered under warranty.
Is my factory warranty transferable to another owner if I sell my vehicle?
Yes, the warranty always follows the vehicle.
Is my factory warranty valid at any authorized BRP dealer?
Yes, any authorized BRP dealer should be able to assist you with factory warranty work.
Does my factory warranty cover transporting the unit to and from the dealership?
No, vehicle transportation to and from the dealership is not included and is the owner's responsibility.
Why was my replaced / repaired part not covered under warranty?
If a part failure is not deemed to be caused by a manufacturer defect, it is possible that the repair would not be covered under warranty.
How do I update my address or change the ownership of my BRP product?
You can send us a proof of purchase or of ownership (such as a bill of sale), the mileage or hours on the vehicle and your complete mailing address and phone number. You can fax this information to us at +1 819-566-3062. You can also send this information via email; contact us for an email address where you can send your information.
Can I purchase BRP Parts or Accessories directly from BRP?
You can obtain BRP parts and accessories from your dealer, or using our online store for Can-Am Spyder roadsters, Can-Am ATV & Side-by-Side vehicles, Ski-Doo snowmobiles, Sea-Doo watercraft and Evinrude engines. You can access the parts catalog for all BRP products here.
How can I get support for a part or accessory?
Please get in touch with the Parts department of the dealership where you purchased the part or accessory.
I have a parts / backordered parts concern at my BRP dealer. What should I do?
Discuss your concern directly with the parts manager at your dealership. If the concern is still not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us.
How can I find out what the current promotions or incentives are?
Your authorized BRP dealer will have access to all current promotions and incentives. Alternatively, you can access some of them on the Can-Am On-Road, Can-Am Off-Road, Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, Rotax, Evinrude, Alumacraft or Manitou product line website you're interested in.
I didn't receive a promotional discount or item, how can I get help?
Raise the issue with the dealer where you purchased the unit. If you are still having trouble obtaining any promotional discounts or items that you feel should be applicable to your purchase, get in touch with BRP customer service and we'll assist you.
How do I obtain a safety recall clearance letter for a BRP product imported from the US to Canada?
Requests for a safety recall clearance letter should go through an authorized BRP dealer in Canada. To obtain a recall clearance letter, provide your authorized dealer with a proof of purchase or ownership, mileage or hours on the vehicle, your complete mailing address and phone number, and your VIN number. Please note that there is a cost and processing delay for this service, which may vary by dealer.
How do I find out if there are outstanding safety bulletins to be performed on my BRP product?
Your authorized BRP dealer is equipped to verify if there are any outstanding safety bulletins or recall notices applicable to your vehicle using your VIN. There is no charge for this service
What is the BRP GO! App?
It’s your one-stop shop for planning your snowmobile outings, alone or with friends. As a turn-by-turn navigation app with a multitude of trails, points of interest and service centers, you’ll be in control.
When will it be available?
At the start of the 2020 Ski-Doo season in English and French.
What devices are supported?
Apple iOS 12+ and Android 8.0 (Pie)+ devices
What regions does the app support?
Currently North America, but we have a roadmap in place that takes into consideration our key markets and customer expectations. These states and provinces will be covered in the first release of BRP GO!: Canada: QC, NB, SK, MB, NS
USA: MN, MA, MI, NY, NH, WI, PA, VT, ND.
The app currently offers in FR and EN.

Can I access this app on my Ski-Doo gauge?
Only the new large panoramic 7.8" wide LCD color display supports app mirroring through the BRP Connect technology as found on select 2021 Ski-Doo snowmobiles. You will be able to control certain functions through the integrated rotary switch. Your phone and USB cable are required for this setup.
What if I don’t have the new gauge?
Not to worry, we are also making a new accessory available – the Glovebox Extension with Mobile Phone Heated Pocket; so that you can still use the app and all of its functionalities in a safe manner while riding.
Can I use the app with a friend who doesn't ride a Ski-Doo?
Yes, they can mount their phone on their sled to use the app and all its features.
What happens if I lose network connection?
Once you set up your itinerary and before you head out, download it so that the trail, points of interest and anything nearby will be saved on your mobile device.
You'll still get navigation with your position, but you will be unable to track your friends on the map, as this feature is still in beta mode and currently requires connectivity. We are working on improving this feature.
Why isn’t my region trail map included in the turn-by-turn mapping options?
BRP is collaborating with many snowmobile associations and their participation in BRP GO! is totally at their discretion. Feel free to reach out to your local snowmobile Club or Provincial/State association to invite them to participate in this program.
My region is not yet covered, can I still use the app?
The app is currently available in Canada and in the US. BRP is continuously working to add more regions. If you would like your region to be included in BRP GO!, you can reach out to your local snowmobile association to express your interest.
If you download the app in a region for which BRP is not yet covering the trails:
You will be able to:
· See your GPS position on the map
· See topographic information on the map
· Create an account
· Invite friends
· Use the Go! Mode without the trails
· Create custom POIs
You won’t be able to :
· Create itineraries (alone or with friends)
· Use the turn-by-turn navigation (alone or with friends)
· Use the Go! Mode with the trails (alone or with friends)
· Look up POIs near you
· Use the offline mode
Do I need the BRP Connect app?
To be able to see app in your cluster you will need on your phone :
· The BRP Connect App (to create the gateway between your phone and your snowmobile)
· The desired app you want to use, in this case BRP GO!
We are working on a way to eventually merge BRP GO! and BRP Connect to facilitate this step.
How do I get the app on my own device?
You will be able to download the app on your Apple or Android device using their respective app stores; search for: BRP GO!
What Ski-Doo models support app mirroring with the new gauge?
It is currently available as an option on MXZ, Renegade, Backcountry and Expedition Spring-Exclusive packages.
Will this app be extended to the full BRP lineup?
We are constantly adding new features and are looking to extend the coverage of this app to as many product lines as possible.
How to create an itinerary on Mobile Phone
FROM MAP
1. Move the map around to find your destination
2. Select a POI or create a custom POI
3. Click GO THERE
4. You can change the starting point (default Current Position) and add other waypoint
5. Once finished, press DONE
6. Press START to start immediately turn by turn navigation
7. Press SAVE FOR LATER to save itinerary in your Upcoming rides
1. Allow you to invite friends
2. Allow you to download itinerary for offline usage
FROM RIDES
1. Press +
2. Press Add Starting Point and select either from
1. Searching a point of interest in the database
2. My Location
3. Select on map to choose a POI directly from the MAP screen

1. On the MAP screen, tap on the magnifying glass icon to open the search

How to create an itinerary from vehicle cluster
1. Go to Rides (same icon as on the phone) using the snowmobile rotary knob
1. Select your upcoming rides
2. Press Start
2. Go to POI (Pin icon) using the rotary knob
1. Select POI from database (closest to you)
2. Press Start
How to complete a ride
1. The app will detect automatically if you have reached your destination
2. The ride will be completed and statistic counted for Trip Summary
How to complete a ride without finishing the itinerary
1. In turn by turn view, click EXIT (Note : in connected mode with vehicle, EXIT will appear when snowmobile is at stop)
2. Press COMPLETE
3. The ride will be completed and statistic counted for Trip Summary
How to pause a ride
1. Click EXIT
2. Once ready to restart your itinerary, press RESUME
How to create a custom POIs
1. Go to MAP
2. Move around in the map to the right location
3. Long press on the screen where you want to add the POI
4. Tap SAVE IN MY PLACES
5. A pop-up will appear and name the POI
6. Tap SAVE PLACE
How to add friends
1. Got to the FRIENDS tab
2. Press +
3. Send the generated link via your prefered apps to your friend
4. If your friend doesn’t have BRP GO!, they will receive a notification inviting them to download the app. The invitation will be received after they download the app.
5. If they have BRP GO!, they will receive a notification
6. You might have to pull to refresh to see them in your list
How to invite friends to my ride
1. Execute the steps to create an itinerary and SAVE your ride
2. Scroll down to the RIDERS section
3. Press + Add Rider
4. Select which friends you want to add to the friend. You need to be friends beforehand.
5. Press Confirm
How to start a free ride
For an area with cellular network available
1. Press GO! on the map screen
2. Press START
For an area with no cellular network available
1. Make sure you are on a Wi-Fi network.
2. On the MAP tab, make sure to zoom out to cover all the area you want to ride in.
3. Press GO! on the map screen
4. Press SAVE FOR LATER
5. Click Download at the top of the screen to download all the data on your phone.
6. The ride will be save in the Upcoming Rides list in the RIDE tab of the app.
How to start a free ride with my friends
Note : this will work only in area with cellular network
1. Press GO! on the map screen
2. Press SAVE FOR LATER
3. Press + Add Rider
4. Select which friends you want to add to the friend. You need to be friends beforehand.
5. Press Confirm
How to download data on my phone for offline usage
For itinerary

2. Click Download at the top of the screen to download all the data on your phone.

For Area exploration

I CAN'T FIND THE VEHICLE MODEL THAT I WANT IN MY DEALERSHIP, IS THERE A SOLUTION?
With the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to shut down our global production which means there may be a reduced variety of vehicles for now and that some models can be harder to find. However, with our manufacturing operations ramping up to full capacity, we started to ship to our dealer network on a continual basis. In the meantime, stay in contact with your dealership, they have all the information.
IF THE VEHICLE THAT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT MY DEALERSHIP, CAN I ORDER ONLINE?
It is not possible to order online, your dealer remains your go-to to purchase your vehicle. With our manufacturing operations ramping up to full capacity, we started to ship to our dealer network on a continual basis. We understand that this situation is not ideal, but we are working hard to allow you to be ready for your next adventure. In the meantime, stay in contact with your dealership, they have all the information.
