The statistics are shocking: 1 in 3 children experience intimidation in their school environment. In order for our youth to grow up in an environment that encourages the development of learning, confidence and good social relationships, we will support organizations and initiatives that fight intimidation among the younger generations.

Bullying doesn't just happen in childhood and adolescence. Nearly half of adult professionals say they have been intimidated by a colleague. At BRP, we have implemented a zero tolerance policy for intimidation in all of our offices and facilities. To help employers educate and equip their employees, we will partner with organizations to deliver programs to be implemented in the workplace.

Marginalized communities are one of the hardest hit groups by intimidation. With the expertise of organizations that work with them, our ambition is to create a united, inclusive and diverse society in which differences are welcomed and celebrated.

Every year on May 4th, Anti-Bullying Day unites people worldwide in a pledge to end bullying in schools and create safer, more inclusive environments for students everywhere. This global initiative serves as a powerful reminder of the need to stand against bullying in all its forms. 

At BRP, we mark this day by mobilizing our employees and networks to raise awareness and provide essential resources to children, parents, teachers, and school staff. Through our collective efforts, we aim to foster solidarity and inspire positive change, ensuring that everyone feels safe, supported and respected within their school communities.

Taking place every year on the third Friday of November, BRP’s Yellow Day aligns with International Stand Up to Bullying Day as a powerful initiative inviting our employees and stakeholders to take a stand against bullying. By wearing yellow and sharing their participation on social media, we create a vibrant show of solidarity that sparks conversations and raises awareness against all forms of bullying — whether in schools, the workplace, or any other setting.

We amplify this initiative by making a donation to anti-bullying organizations where we operate, for every social post shared on that day. Through this collective effort, we aim to shine a light on the importance of putting an end to bullying and fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity everywhere
