On April 11, 2022, we officially announced our intention to take Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) even further with the launch of our new CSR25 Program. With more ambitious environmental targets than ever before and tangible initiatives, this program sets targets to 2025 and beyond that are aligned with our strategy and industry best practices. It also demonstrates our commitment to becoming the industry leader in corporate citizenship.

Our CSR25 program is designed to create value around three key pillars – Environment, Social and Governance – and includes objectives that focus on our employees, our communities, our operations, and our products.

These are as follows:

  • Reducing the carbon footprint relating to our operations and products;
  • Ensuring a positive and sustainable impact in our communities, and the daily lives of our employees;
  • And of course, all of this while continuing to make sound strategic decisions, maintain high ethical standards and conduct our operations in a sustainable manner.


We are very proud of our CSR25 program, which pushes the boundaries of our commitment to create a better future for all.

In 2021, we announced our ambitious Electric Vehicle plan and committed to introducing electric models in each of our product lines by the end of 2026. To achieve this, we will invest $300M over five years in product development, specialized equipment, infrastructure, production tooling and facilities.

As such, we have recently confirmed our first EV models with the upcoming launch of an all-electric lineup of Can-Am motorcycles.





Over the last five years, we have invested more than CA$8.9M in supporting our communities. From donations to food banks, hospitals foundations, veterans and organizations supporting youths, we are committed to ensure a positive and lasting impact in our communities.

As part of our new CSR25 program, we are reiterating this commitment by investing 1% of our pre-tax profits in community support by 2025. This investment will enable us to accelerate our impact on our communities.




In 2020, our overall Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR) was 1, improving on our rate of 1.3 in 2019, which represents 65 fewer accidents. Our facilities' personnel systematically performed comprehensive and timely investigations and reports on incidents and near misses, while implementing robust policies to identify and mitigate risk.
